We want you to be delighted with your order. Please read our policy below carefully to understand your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.

Returns

You can return most non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in a re-saleable condition, and in their original packaging. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or offer a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@biblesketchesuk.com stating your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

You must include your original order number, name, and contact details in the parcel so we can process your return promptly.

Return postage

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, we will provide a pre-paid returns label.

  • If the item is being returned for any other reason (e.g. unwanted or ordered in error), return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Items that cannot be returned

Please note, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Personalised or custom-made products (including prints with added text)

  • Made-to-order apparel (please check sizing carefully before ordering)

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or opened sealed media

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@biblesketchesuk.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photographs of the issue. We’ll usually offer a replacement, refund, or repair in line with your statutory rights.

Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel your order before it is printed or dispatched. To do this, email support@biblesketchesuk.com with your order number. If your order has already entered production or has been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel, but non-personalised items may still be eligible for return once received.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, unless the items are exempt (see above). This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right:

  1. Contact us at support@biblesketchesuk.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Return the goods to us as outlined above.

  3. You will be refunded in full (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your account. Refunds will not be issued for personalised items unless they are faulty.

Legal Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
