Deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World

For Orders Delivered to the EU:
We now operate under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme for EU deliveries. For orders with a total value under €150 (excluding taxes and delivery), all applicable taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout. This means there are no additional charges or fees to pay when your goods are delivered.

For orders with a total value over €150, duties and VAT charges will still apply. These charges must be paid, and the process will be handled by customs. You will be contacted by the courier or customs directly, who will request payment before your goods can be delivered.

 

For Orders Delivered Outside the EU:
For deliveries to countries outside of the UK and EU, customs duties and VAT charges may still apply. Unfortunately, we cannot influence or predict these charges, as they are determined by the destination country.

If applicable, you’ll be contacted by the courier company handling your delivery. They will provide details of any VAT, duty, or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) that must be paid to release your goods.

Please note:
• You’ll receive a bill specifying any fees you need to pay.
• Parcels are typically held for about three weeks. If the bill is not paid within this timeframe, your parcel will be returned to the sender.

We adhere to EU regulations and guidelines regarding taxes and duties, ensuring a seamless and transparent checkout experience for our customers.

 

Deliveries of Goods
All cards and prints are produced and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. All other Merchandise are held in stock. Deliveries to UK addresses are delivered within 7 working days, with deliveries to other locations expected between 10-12 working days.

PRINTS & APPAREL

Packaging
Each print is carefully handled and wrapped in tissue paper, and then placed between 2 pieces of reinforced cardboard, before being wrapped again in a purpose-built postal sleeve. Our aim is to always present the prints in a beautiful way that gives maximum protection and our delivery prices reflect this.
